Finally after wasting a couple of hours of my time I began to receive multiple passwords from them from different reps.

After getting the download under way it was apparent that it was going to take all night. Finally I got one that let me into the download site. The blirp said something about being invalid. A bad one! The first passcode they sent did not work at all.

rar file, this still doesn't prevent the plugin from operating. You should have had emails regarding that too, or if you get the same problem I have, which is ONE corrupted file in the first library. The only possible issues here are if your licence file is one of those that briefly had problems. Just read the instructions and your emails properly and do as it says.
